• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, both verbal and written
• 3-5 Years of demonstrated leadership ability to oversee, motivate, coach and manage groups of employees
• Demonstrated knowledge of safety to maintain a safe and effective operation
• Experience with industrial equipment and installations
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications, CAD is a plus
• Demonstrated knowledge and background in welding/fabrication. Professional training and certifications are a plus
• Occasional weekends and travel required
