Welcome!

Tuttle AAG, LLC. has been providing professional mechanical services for industrial design, fabrication, and installation since 1974. Founded by Gary Tuttle, the company began as a welding and repair shop and has since evolved to meet a variety of needs for our clients. Tuttle started partnering heavily with the commercial industry in 1983 by providing millwright services for the wet pet food industry in our clients process, packaging, and can manufacturing areas. In the late 80’s, Tuttle expanded to support multiple pet food clients and added design services to further increase our self-performing capabilities. In the 1990’s, Tuttle adding project management services and completed the construction of a brand new 27,000 square foot manufacturing facility. Additionally, we expanded our client base in the 90’s, partnering with the food industry starting in 1994 and pharmaceutical industry in 1995. Our client base has grown in every direction sense 1995 and our capabilities have been further enhanced with the addition of automation and controls. This allows Tuttle to truly be a one-stop shop for industry, with the ability to execute a true turn-key mechanical project for our clients.

Tuttle’s growth over the years has been accomplished organically by word of mouth, Engineer-to-Engineer, and plant-to-plant. Our client portfolio has been built based on great customer service, high quality products and our track record of success with large and small turn-key projects. Over 70% of our annual business is repeat business. Our relationships established with the pet food industry beginning in 1983 are still strong and growing after 35 years. The pharmaceutical and food partners that we began with in the mid 90’s are still major clients of Tuttle’s today. We welcome new challenges and opportunities and Tuttle’s goal is to build long term partnerships based on mutual confidence and trust.

Equipments designed by Tuttle now help to produce products ranging from internal sutures to industrial construction equipment wheel tracks. Tuttle has custom equipment installed across the continental US, Puerto Rico and has a custom piece of equipment supporting research operators in Antarctica. The Tuttle manufacturing facility was upgraded in 2015, doubling the manufacturing space to over 50,000 square feet and optimizing the manufacturing process flow. Tuttle’s facility is now large enough that we can set up full production lines for complete testing prior to shipping. Factory acceptance tests of larger equipment/systems can be performed at Tuttle, providing excellent opportunities for client training, qualification/validation paperwork execution and debugging, all prior to hitting our client’s floor.
