• Positive and Professional Attitude

• 3-5 Years of project management experience in manufacturing, problem solving and collaborating with multiple departments and managers to ensure project success
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to engage customers at all levels and manage every aspect of a project from concept to start up
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications, CAD is a plus
• Demonstrated knowledge and background in welding/fabrication
• Attention to detail to exceed customer expectations
